World Mental Health Day Awareness Run 2024

From 10th October to 13th October, this virtual run unites participants from around the world for mental health awareness. Whether you’re running for personal growth, to support a loved one, or to break the stigma, this event is a powerful way to promote mental well-being.

With run categories of 3k, 5k, 10k, and a half marathon, there's a distance for everyone. Run at your own pace, in any location you choose, and be part of a global movement focused on mental health.This virtual run empowers you to participate in a meaningful way while promoting mental wellness.

All participants will receive a special runner’s kit that includes:

• E-Certificate for completing the run and raising awareness
