About Event
This 4.5K community run is all about moving together.
Designed at an easy, social pace, this run welcomes all fitness levels. Whether you’re a regular runner or just getting started, this one’s for the Glow Gang that shows up for movement, connection, and good energy.
We start with a group warm-up to get bodies ready, then head out on a relaxed city route where conversation flows as easily as the run. The session wraps up with a guided cool-down, so you leave feeling refreshed, reset, and fully in your glow.
No pressure on pace. No competition. Just a good run with good people.
