The Resolution Run is your soft launch into the new year.
No dramatic declarations. No pressure to have it all figured out.
Just a feel good 3K run followed by a vision board session where goals feel exciting, personal, and very much yours.
This morning is about moving your body, cutting out pictures that feel right, and romanticising the version of you that 2026 is about to meet.
This is not a grind harder kind of start.
It is a run a little, dream a little, hype yourself up kind of beginning.
You will jog. You might walk. You will definitely laugh.
You will talk to women who are also entering the year with hope and a tiny bit of chaos.
Your first 2026 move does not need to be loud.
It just needs to feel right.
