Wesness Women’s 5K Run – Hyderabad

The Wesness Women’s 5K Run is almost here, and we’re truly excited to welcome you.

This run is a small step towards something bigger — women coming together to move, support each other, and start the day with great energy.

Before race day, we invite you to visit the BIB Collection Expo, meet fellow participants, and soak in the pre-run excitement.

You’re welcome to walk in anytime during the day to collect your BIB, connect with other runners, and experience the race-day vibe building up.

Please note that race BIBs will only be distributed at the expo.

4:00 AM – Setup completed All event infrastructure, branding, sound, and registration areas to be ready.

5:00 – 6:00 AM – Dry Run, Final Briefing & Checks Final walkthrough with operations, volunteers, and partners.

6:00 AM – Gates Open Participant entry begins.

6:00 – 6:25 AM – Zumba Warm-Up High-energy Zumba session to get participants warmed up. Please play the Zumba simultaneously.

6:25 AM onwards – Runner Line-Up & Assembly Participants guided to the start line and organized for the flag-off.

6:40 AM – 5K Run Flag-Off

6:50 AM - Start Line Closes (You won’t be allowed to start the run post this time.)

7:40 – 8:00 AM – Cool Down Session Post-run stretching and recovery session for participants.

8:00 AM – WiSH Performance

8:30 – 8:45 AM – Breast Cancer Awareness Talk

8:45 AM – DJ Set Begins

8:45 – 9:30 AM – DJ Performance

10:00 AM – Event Closing Begins

Important Information

Please take note of the following:

• No BIB, No Entry. Your race BIB is mandatory for access to the venue and race route.
• Race BIBs will not be distributed on race day. Please collect them at the expo.
• Spectators or family members without a race BIB will not be allowed inside the venue.
• One BIB allows entry for only one registered participant.
• Please do not exchange BIBs or run using someone else’s BIB.
• There will be no dedicated parking at the venue. We recommend using public transport or ride services to reach the location.
• Participants are encouraged to ensure that their personal medical insurance is valid, as the event does not provide individual medical coverage.
