Dive right into the world of Yoga clubbed with fashion as we take you through a progressive journey of health and fitness. Fitpage, in collaboration with Westside presents Wesness, an initiative aimed at promoting health and wellbeing through the art of practicing Yoga.
Start off with a the basics, build a strong foundation, move to advanced asanas and eventually embrace a fitter lifestyle and more importantly, a fitter you.
