DISTANCE – Start Time - Minimum Age

⭕ Timed 10K - 05:30 AM - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

⭕ Timed 5K - 06:00 AM - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

⭕ Non-Timed Fun Walk 3K - 06:30 AM - Minimum 12 years old as on race day

The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories* for the distances as mentioned below.

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are :-

⭕ 18 years to 35 years of age

⭕ 35 years and above

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 5 KM are :-

⭕ 18 years to 35 years of age

⭕ 35 years and above

Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the Non Timed - Fun Walk 3 KM.

*Please note people with age like 35 years and X days will be placed in the 35 years and above age category.

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, POSTPONEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

1. Upon successful registration and payment of the applicable event fee, the registration shall be deemed final and confirmed. The registration is personal to the participant and, except as expressly provided herein, shall not be cancelled, transferred, assigned, exchanged, adjusted, or carried forward to any other event, program, edition, or date.

2. All registrations are final, non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No request for cancellation, transfer, substitution, refund, credit, adjustment or carry-forward of the registration fee shall be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.

 3. The Organizers shall not be liable for any cancellation, interruption, modification, rescheduling, delay, or inability to conduct the event arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, epidemic, pandemic, governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, curfew, strikes, lockouts, transportation disruptions, venue-related issues, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, the Organizers shall have the sole discretion to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate, or otherwise alter the format, timing, venue, or conduct of the event without incurring any liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or related losses, costs, expenses, or damages suffered by any participant.  

4. The Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify the event, in whole or in part, due to operational, logistical, safety, regulatory, commercial, force majeure, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by the Organizers. In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizers and where no alternative date or replacement event is offered, participants shall be entitled only to a refund of the registration fee actually received by the Organizers through the original mode of payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any third-party charges, including but not limited to platform convenience fees, booking fees, payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes, GST, or similar charges levied by service providers, shall be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. The Organizers remain committed to conducting the event in a fair, transparent, and professional manner and shall make reasonable efforts to communicate any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or material changes to participants at the earliest practicable opportunity. Any decision relating to cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the event shall be taken solely in the interest of participant safety, regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, and the overall success of the event, and shall not be construed as a deficiency of service, misrepresentation, or breach of any obligation by the Organizers.

By registering for the event, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Registration, Cancellation, Transfer, Postponement and Refund Policy in its entirety.
