Race: Start Time, Cut-Off Time, Minimum Age

⭕ Timed 21.1K - 05:30 hrs - 3:30 hrs - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

⭕ Timed 10K - 06:00 hrs - 2:00 hrs - Minimum 14 years old as on race day

⭕ Non-Timed: Fun Run 5K, 07:45 hrs., NO CUT-OFF TIME, Minimum 8 years old as on race day 

⭕ Non-Timed: Fun Run 3K, 07:45 hrs., NO CUT-OFF TIME, Minimum 8 years old as on race day

RACE COURSE and AID STATIONS

===========================

The race will start and finish at PhoneX Mall (formerly known as City Mall), located at Rewari Bypass Road.

Full course is on the paved roads on which runners can achieve their personal best timings and break their own records as they train well.

There will be enough aid stations, along with medical support, to keep you hydrated and supported.

The race course will have timing mats at multiple locations, which will need to be crossed over by simply stepping over by each timed race runner, making sure your timing bib is worn in front of your body.

21.1 KM and 10 KM runners are entitled to excellent quality Tuffman DRI-FIT T-shirts, goodie bags, timing bibs, pre- and post- hydration, the Tuffman Finisher's Medal, medical and physiotherapy support, post-race sumptuous refreshment, your excellent pictures throughout the race, a digital race certificate (for all finishers post-competition of the race), a free and easy search and download for race photos, and promised good memories.

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE

The results and timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the age- and gender-wise categories for the distances as mentioned below.

Age and Gender Categories in TIMED 21.1 KM are :

⭕ 18 years to 34 years of age

⭕ 35 years to 44 years of age

⭕ 45 years to 54 years of age

⭕ Above 55 years of age

Age and Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are :-

⭕ 14 years to 17 years of age

⭕ 18 years to 34 years of age

⭕ 35 years to 44 years of age

⭕ 45 years to 54 years of age

⭕ Above 55 years of age

*Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the NON TIMED - FUN RUN 5 KM & 3 KM race.

*Please note people with age like 34 years & X days (till 364 days) will placed in the 18 years to 34 years age category and so on.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY

Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 50 days after the virtual event.
