The route will take you through the village, paddy fields, water streams and through the forest greenery.

This trail run is recommended for people who love adrenaline rush RUNNING IN NATURES LAP as it will be both a Rigorous and Rewarding EXPERIENCE.

Few key points to remember while doing this trail run:

during the ascents- 

️you alternate walking and running

&

during the descents- 

watch your footholds,

landing on the MIDFOOT to cushion the impact,

use your Arms a lot for Balance,

embrace the slope, run easy and have fun,
