Each participant must ensure their own safety at their own risk.

No cancellation or transfer of participant.

The event organiser will provide hydration and medical support. However, if participants have a pre-existing medical condition, it is their own responsibility to seek medical advice from their doctor before participating.

The finisher's medal and breakfast will be distributed at the pick-up point. Medals and breakfast will be distributed only during the event.

The BIB and goodie bag will be distributed at the bib distribution centre only. The BIB and goodie bag will not be distributed on the day of the event. Participants without a BIB will not be allowed on the race route.

In case of a change in event date due to unavoidable reasons, previous registrations will be moved to the new date.

In case of event cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, participants can request a full refund of the registration fees paid by contacting sinhagadmarathon@gmail.com

The organiser of the event will inform the participants about changes in the time, place or route of the event via email.
