Patni top: By far the most popular of J&K’s hill resorts is a hilltop tourist location in Udhampur, situated on a plateau in the Shivalik belt of the Himalayas;

Patni top sits at an altitude of 2024 metres. The river Chenab flows in close proximity to this location. It comprises several meadows enveloped by thick forests of Deodar (Cedar) and Kail (Blue Pine) trees and affords peaceful walks amidst conifer groves, beautiful spots for enjoyable picnics and breath-taking views of the Chenab basin and the Pir Panjal range beyond.

For solace one can visit the beautifully located Nag Mandir at Karlah village.

REGISTRATION AND EVENT DETAILS

Event Name: Patnitop Marathon - India’s Most Beautiful Hill Race

DATE - Sunday, 9th May, 2027

Minimum Age: All athletes must be 10 or older 10km and 5km competitive Race. And, All athletes must be 18 or older 100km, 75km, 50km, 21.1km Half Marathon.

RACE TIMINGS Race– Start Time

• 100Km Ultra Marathon- Starts at 12:00 AM- Cut off is 20hrs
• 75Km Ultra Marathon- Starts at- Cut off is 15hrs
• 50Km Ultra Marathon - Starts at 5.30 AM- Cut off is 10hrs
• Half Marathon 21.1Km - Starts at -06:30 AM- Cut off is 4hrs
• 10Km Timed Run- Starts at 06:45 AM- Cut off is 2hrs
• 5km Timed Run- Starts 7.00 AM- Cut off is 1.5hrs

18- Under 35Years

35- Under 45 Years

45-Under 55 Years

55-Under 65 Years

65++

Each Participant will be provided -

1) Race Day Official T-shirt

2) Finishers Medal

3) Refreshments after the race

4) Sports Drink and Hydration on the Race Day

5) Race Day Photos 

6) Digital Certificate 

The top 3 winners in each age category will be provided with winners trophies

RACE DAY Dos and Don'ts:

1) No Spot registration is allowed

2) Please wear your BIB while entering the venue

3) Any participant without a Valid BIB number will not be allowed

4) Hydration will be provided at the venue

5) Please ensure that you are fit to Run on the race day

6) We have provided The Ambulance and Paramedical Team for Security

and safety of all participants

7) Volunteers will be available for General Guidance.

Mandatory Gear – 100K & 75K Ultra Marathon

For your safety, all participants in the 100K Ultra Marathon must carry the following items throughout the race:

• Hydration Vest/Backpack with a minimum carrying capacity of 1.5 litres

• Mobile Phone (fully charged)

• Headlamp/Torch with spare batteries or backup light source

• Whistle

• Waterproof/Windproof Jacket

• Emergency Survival Blanket

• Personal Nutrition (gels, bars, electrolytes, etc.) sufficient between aid stations

Race officials reserve the right to inspect mandatory gear before and during the event. Participants found without the required equipment may be penalized or disqualified.

Note: Depending on weather conditions, the Race Director may announce additional mandatory gear up to 48 hours before race day.

Results Authentication Services

The Patnitop Marathon 2027 believes in adhering to strict guidelines to be followed. Hence please note that non-adherence to the below- mentioned can lead to participants' disqualification.

A) Impersonation, Running with BIBs under which they are not

registered

B) Proxy Running, i.e. running with more than one BIB (BIB mules)

C) False Entries, Submitting wrong data, especially concerning Date of

Birth

D) Deviating and Cutting the Course

E) Has been disqualified by other Event Organizers in India or National

and International Bodies

F) Registrants found violating any of the above will be disqualified.
