Rotary Club of Tripunithura and Royal Runners Tripunithura presents Tripunithura Half Marathon Tripunithura Half Marathon is being organized with the intention of making the people lead a healthy life by adopting an active way of life as per their choice of activities including walking, running, swimming & workouts.

In addition to promoting health and fitness, the Tripunithura Half Marathon also supports various charitable causes. A portion of the proceeds from the marathon goes towards supporting the charitable initiatives of the organizing team, Rotary Club of Tripunithura.

CUT-OFF TIMINGS:

• 21.1KM Half Marathon - 3hrs 30min
• 10.0KM Run - 1hr 45min
• 3.0 KM Family Run - 1 hr

Runners still on the course after the cut-off time will be picked up by the sweep vehicles and will not be permitted to continue the race.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER / REFUND:

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

RACE EXPO & BIB COLLECTION:

On 11-Nov-2023, Saturday at Chittilappilly Square, Kakkanad. Time and venue details shall be intimated well in advance of the D-day through email.

Note: It is mandatory for all participants to wear the BIBs throughout the event. Also, it is highly recommended that all participants wear event T-shirts during the event day for easy identification and safety purposes.

SPECIAL MENTION – GREEN INITIATIVE:

We shall be striving hard to make the event greener and reduce the impact on our environment by incorporating and non-limiting to electronic pamphlets, minimal paper posters, advertisement posters only in cloth materials, without polythene packing of your t-shirts (please do carry bags with you to carry the bib and T-shirts), minimizing the wastages in food, minimum sized cloth bibs, non-utilization of single time use plates and glasses (you need to drop the plates and steel glasses after the breakfast in the designated place only), avoiding the tissues (You need to bring your handkerchief please), encouraging the vehicle pooling (please tie up with your friends to reach the venue), limiting the usage of plastics.

PARKING:

Parking will be available at the race venue. Runners will have to reach in prior time and park their vehicle on race day in the designated parking space as per the instructions of the volunteer. Runners are requested to make use of Car-pooling facility with their friends / relatives to minimize the carbon footprint of our race. Parking at owner’s risk!
