You can:

Complete it in one ride or multiple rides within the same day

Ride outdoors or on a stationary bike

Ride at any time of the day

How to Participate

Each registration allows one verified submission

Refunds are not available once registration is complete

Incorrect or unclear proof may be rejected

Verification decisions are final

Shipping is within India unless otherwise stated

Please ensure you are medically fit to participate

This is a personal milestone, not a competition

You can use any tracking app like Strava, Google Fit, etc.

Your ride screenshot showing distance is valid proof

How to Submit Your Proof

Once you've completed your ride, check your email — we'll send you a submission link to upload your screenshot with distance, time, and date visible.

We verify within 24-48 hours and ship your medal straight to your door.
