This session is designed to support runners across experience levels with structured guidance and smart pacing.
Beginners will be introduced to the run–walk method, an effective approach for building endurance over longer distances without overexertion. The format will follow 1–2 minutes of running followed by 2–3 minutes of walking, allowing runners to stay comfortable and consistent. One coach will run at the back while an assistant runner leads from the front to ensure support throughout.
Experienced runners will take on a steady-paced 5 km run on the same route, focusing on learning how to maintain a consistent pace across the distance. A coach will float between pace groups to offer guidance, corrections, and motivation.
This session focuses on building confidence, endurance, and smarter running habits for all participants.
