General Terms & Conditions**

1. Registration fees are **non-refundable and non-transferable** under any circumstances.

2. Participants must carry a valid photo ID and their race bib to collect the race kit and participate in the event.

3. Race bibs are personal and must not be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

4. Participants take part in the event at their own risk. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage before, during, or after the event.

5. Participants are advised to undergo a medical check-up before registering and should participate only if they are medically fit.

6. The organizers reserve the right to modify the race route, start time, event schedule, or race format due to weather, safety, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances.

7. The event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government directives, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control.

8. By registering, participants grant K.A. Sports and Evens and IKA Sports and Events Pvt. Ltd. the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. Any participant found violating race rules, displaying unsportsmanlike conduct, or providing false information may be disqualified without any refund.

10. The organizers' decision on all matters relating to the event shall be final and binding.

11. The organizer reserves the right to change the event venue, race route, date, start time, or any other event-related arrangements if required due to operational, safety, regulatory, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. By registering for the event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this condition and accepts such changes without objection or claim for refund or compensation.
