TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Eligibility:  

  - The Hastkala Saree Walkathon is open to individuals Women aged 18 years and above.

2. Registration:  

  - Participants must complete the registration process online or at designated registration centers.  

  - Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.  

  - Each participant will receive a unique bib number, which must be worn during the walkathon.

- Bookings made through any online platform are subject to platform-specific service fees. As each platform has its own fee structure, the final amount payable may vary accordingly.

3. Event Details:  

  - Participants must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their reporting timing.  

  - The event will commence at 5:30 AM and conclude at 9.30 AM.  

4. Dress Code:  

  - Participants are encouraged to wear traditional sarees to celebrate the theme of Hastkala.  

5. Health and Safety:  

  - Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the event.  

  - First aid stations will be available at the venue for emergencies.  

6. Code of Conduct:  

  - Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations set by the organizers.  

  - Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to littering, unruly behavior, or disrespect towards others, will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.  

7. Liability:  

  - The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

8. Photography and Media:  

  - By participating, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.  

  - The organizers reserve the right to use any media captured during the event for marketing and publicity.  

9. Cancellation or Postponement:  

  - The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or safety concerns.  

  - In case of cancellation, registration fees may not be refunded, depending on the circumstances.  

10. Prizes and Rewards:  

  - Prizes, if any, will be awarded based on specific criteria set by the organizers.  

  - The decision of the judges or organizers will be final and binding.  

11. Bib Collection (Mandatory) :

Please collect your walkathon bib from the Bib Expo as per details below:

Expo Dates: 6th & 7th March 2026

Venue: Tip Top Plaza, L.B.S. Road, Thane [w]. 

Timing : Morning 11.00am to Evening 7.00pm 

Bib collection is compulsory to participate in the walkathon.

Please note: Bibs will not be available on the event day. Kindly collect your bibs during the expo days to avoid inconvenience.

12. Amendments:  

  - The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
