The Happy Doctor Marathon 2026 is not just another run. It is a Run of Gratitude — a chance to say thank you to the doctors and healthcare workers who have cared for you, your family or your community.

Every one of us has a doctor we can thank. This October, we run for them.

When and Where

The event takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Island Grounds, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Virtual participation is also available across India, so anyone can take part from wherever they are.

Who Can Participate

This is an open event for everyone — families, children, students, patients, running enthusiasts and healthcare professionals. There are no barriers to joining. If you have a doctor to thank, this run is for you.

Dedicate Your Run

Participants can dedicate their run to a specific doctor. Write their name on the Gratitude Wall as a public mark of appreciation. Selected healthcare professionals will also be felicitated and recognized on stage during the event.
