Fit Mumbai – Fit Saturday
An initiative by B.M.C. | In association with Fitpage and India Running
The Fit Mumbai Movement aims to inspire every Mumbaikar to make fitness a part of daily life encouraging non-walkers to walk, walkers to jog, and joggers to run. Through these weekly sessions, citizens are motivated to stay physically active, mentally healthy, and contribute to a healthier, fitter Mumbai.
Starting at the Bandra Fort Garden on the 25th of October 2025, every Saturday at 6:30 AM, citizens will come together for a community fitness session that promotes physical and mental well-being through Walking, Jogging, yoga, fun group workouts, expert knowledge sessions and more.
Flow of event-
reporting time 6:15am
warm up start -6:30am
Run/Jog/Walk start - 6:45am
Exercises and cool down -7:15am
