ExamTHON is a national social movement initiated by College Mentor, presented by Kaveri University, to help students experience a stress-free exam journey.

Through this initiative, we aim to spread one powerful message - We Are With You. Go Write Your Exams Stress-Free.

ExamTHON is not just a marathon; it's a movement of care, awareness, and collective responsibility. We, as a society, are running and walking for our students - because when we walk for them, we walk for our future generations.

Through a series of marathons and walks, ExamTHON seeks to raise awareness about mental well-being, patience, discipline, and emotional balance among students.

Why ExamTHON?

This is the first generation completely raised in a digital world. While their intellectual capacity is growing rapidly, we are also witnessing a rise in mental distress, anxiety, and lack of emotional balance. With technology offering instant gratification, students often struggle with delayed rewards and the perseverance real life demands.

Social media has exposed young minds to the lifestyles of the top 1%, creating unrealistic comparisons and feelings of inadequacy. According to WHO, suicide is the third leading cause of death among youth globally, and NCRB data shows a 34% increase in student suicides in India over the past five years.

In such times, it's our collective responsibility to stand beside our students to remind them that marks don't define success, mindset does. Marathons symbolize the same values students need for exams: Prepare, Practise, and Perform - our 3P approach that connects endurance with excellence.

Our Mission and Vision

To build a community that supports students in achieving their true potential and ensures that every exam experience is a happy, stress-free journey. To help students understand that exams are not the end, but just one step on their path. No matter the outcome, there are multiple avenues to grow, learn, and succeed.
