What is Lake Run?

Lake Run is BeAthlit's signature multi-event running series, designed around Bengaluru's most beautiful water bodies. Each edition takes place at a different lake — giving runners a fresh experience, a new trail, and a new story every time.

More than just a run, it's a series. A journey. Every event you complete counts toward an annual tally — and hitting 5 in a year earns you the most coveted medal in the series: Legends of Lake composite medal.

BeAthlit Monthly Lake Runs

We are bringing Lake Runs in a new format to make it easy for everyone to participate and appreciate the lakes. As lake authorities don’t allow any structure inside or near the lakes, this will resemble a community run.

What's the new format:

• Choose a lake at which you want to run
• Register
• Report at the lake and collect your t-shirt on the day of the run between 7 am to 9 am (as lakes close by 10 am)
• Run on your own, with family or with friends. Record the run on any of the fitness apps like Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, Nike Run Club, RunKeeper, etc
• Show the proof of your run to our team, collect the medals, and celebrate.

Runners who finish 5 lake runs till Dec 2026 will earn a composite medal called “Legend of Lakes”.

How It Works

• Register for the event
• Choose your preferred lake
• Arrive at the lake entrance between 6 AM to 9 AM
• Report to our team and collect your T-shirt
• Complete your 1.6K / 3K / 5K /10k run
• Track your run using Strava
• For kids running with an accompanying adult, the adult’s Strava activity will be considered valid
• Show your activity to our team at the lake
• Collect your Medal

Important Guidelines

• Complete your run at the lake you select during registration from 6 AM- 9:30 AM.
• Strava activity is required for medal eligibility
• Distance must be clearly visible in your activity
• No Bibs will be provided
• No hydration or on-route support will be available
• Our team will be present at each lake entrance for verification and distribution
