I am fully aware of and accept all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, interactions with other participants, weather conditions such as high heat or humidity, traffic, and road conditions.
I understand and agree that certain items like bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or blades, animals, and personal music devices are not permitted during the race, and I will adhere to these race regulations. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, along with anyone acting on my behalf, hereby waive and release Agra Sports Foundation, the group of Runners of India, event sponsors, the management team, their representatives, and successors from any claims or liabilities arising from my involvement in this event. This includes liabilities arising from negligence or carelessness by those named in this waiver.
I also grant permission to the aforementioned entities to use any photographs, videos, or recordings of me captured during this event for promotional purposes.
