What is the 100 KM in 30 Days Challenge?
This is not a race. There is no timing chip. There is no finish line crowd.
This is a challenge between you and your own consistency.
Cover 100 KM in 30 days — just 3.3 KM a day. Walk it, run it, or cycle it. At your pace, in your city, on your schedule. No pressure, no cut-off times, no minimum speed.
Simple: Move a little every day. Hit 100 KM. Earn your medal.
Quit sitting. Just keep moving. The medal is waiting. The only thing left is to begin.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This challenge is for you if:
You have been meaning to get active but keep putting it off
You sit at a desk all day and know you need to move more
You want to build a daily movement habit that actually sticks
You are a beginner who finds races and 10Ks too intimidating right now
You are returning to fitness after a long break
You want a goal that rewards showing up, not winning
You simply want to prove to yourself that you can finish what you start
You do not need to be a runner. You do not need to be fast.
You just need to move 3.3 KM a day.
WHY 100 KM IN 30 DAYS?
Because big goals fail. Small daily ones stick.
100 KM sounds like a lot. 3.3 KM a day does not.
That is the secret of this challenge — it breaks something that feels impossible
into something you can do before your morning coffee.
Walking or running 3.3 KM a day:
Burns calories and improves heart health
Lowers stress and lifts your mood
Improves sleep and daily energy
Builds the habit that makes every future fitness goal easier
By the end of 30 days you will not just have a medal.
You will have proof that you can show up for yourself — every single day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I walk instead of run?
Yes. Walk, jog, run, or cycle — any pace is fine. Movement counts.

No. 3.3 KM a day is just the average. Do more on some days, rest on others.
You only need 100 KM total within your 30 days.

Yes. Walking, running, jogging, and cycling all count toward your 100 KM.
