6:00 AM- 6:45 AM- Attendance Marking & T-shirt Distribution

6:50 AM- Warm-up Session

7:00 AM- Run Begins

7:50 AM- 8:30 AM – Strength & Conditioning Session

8:30 AM onwards- Open Q&A with Coaches
