5th Edition Of SAVIORTHON10K Run for Nature, Rise as a Savior Virtual Run Or Walk

SAVIORTHON10K is a nationwide virtual environmental awareness movement dedicated to promoting sustainability, reducing pollution, and inspiring individuals to take action for a greener future. More than just a virtual run, SAVIORTHON10K unites citizens, corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, fitness enthusiasts, and environmental advocates with one common mission—to protect and preserve our planet.As part of this initiative, we are proudly driving the "Har Ghar Ped" campaign, encouraging every individual and organization to contribute towards environmental conservation through tree plantation and sustainable living.

Event objective 

Objective 1:Virtual Run Or Walk Inspire individuals to adopt sustainable habits and become active contributors to protecting and preserving the environment.

Objective 2: Unite citizens, educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and environmental leaders through collaborative campaigns, activities, and initiatives that foster meaningful awareness and lasting environmental impact.

Objective 3: Promote purpose-driven fitness by integrating environmental action through clean-up drives, awareness campaigns, sustainability initiatives, tree plantation activities, and community-led projects that create a positive social and environmental impact.

Participants may complete their selected Run/Walk distance on any day between 23rd August and 31st August 2026.

Eco Ambassador Goal

To qualify as an Eco Ambassador, you need to:

-Successfully encourage and register a minimum of 20 participants for SAVIORTHON10K.Motivate your friends, family, colleagues, and community members to support the "Run for Nature, Rise as a Savior" movement.

-Spread awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable living through your personal and social networks.

Rules & Regulations

1. Registration & Participant Details

Participants must enter their full name correctly in CAPITAL LETTERS during registration. The same name will be printed on the E-Certificate and any personalized merchandise. No name changes or corrections will be accepted after registration.

Participants will receive important event updates and notifications via Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, whenever required.

For any event-related queries, participants may contact the 4Memories Events Team via Email, WhatsApp, or phone between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (IST).

By registering for the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations of the event.

2. Before You Start

Participants should complete the event according to their individual fitness level and health condition. We encourage everyone to participate responsibly and take appropriate safety precautions.

Participants must use a GPS-enabled fitness tracking application or device (such as Strava, Garmin, Adidas Running, Nike Run Club, Google Fit, Apple Health, etc.) to record their activity.

By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating at their own risk. 4Memories Events, its organizers, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and associates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or medical emergency that may occur before, during, or after participation in the event.

3. Event Participation Period

Participants must complete their selected Run/Walk distance between 23 August 2026 and 31 August 2026.

Participants may complete their selected distance in a single session or across multiple sessions during the event period. However, the total distance covered must meet or exceed the goal of the category selected during registration.

4. Activity Submission

Participants must submit their activity through either of the following methods:

Join the 4MemoriesEvent Strava Club and upload the activity, or

Share the Run/Walk activity via WhatsApp at +91 77159 71606 or +91 82918 79820.

Activity submission is mandatory to receive the official E-Certificate and all applicable event benefits.

Any activity found to be manipulated, duplicated, edited, or submitted using fraudulent methods will result in disqualification without prior notice.

The organizers reserve the right to verify any submitted activity and request additional proof if required.

5. Verification & Results

All submitted activities will be verified between 1 September 2026 and 7 September 2026.

The decision of the organizers regarding activity verification and participant eligibility shall be final and binding.

6. Certificates & Merchandise

E-Certificates and event merchandise will be processed and dispatched after 8 September 2026.

7. Media & Promotional Rights

Participants grant permission to 4Memories Events to use their photographs, videos, activity screenshots, testimonials, and names for promotional, marketing, event-related, and social media purposes without any additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

The organizers reserve the right to amend these Rules & Regulations, event schedule, participation guidelines, or any event-related policies if required. Any updates will be communicated through the official event communication channels.

The organizers' decision regarding all event matters shall be final and binding on all participants.
